Returns and Exchanges
Please ship all online purchase returns and exchanges back via UPS. Returns must be in new and restock-able condition. We do not accept exchanges or returns for worn or laundered items unless a defect in manufacturing is found.
For unlaundered items in restock-able condition purchased within the last 60 days, there’s no need to call us! Simply print and complete a Grundens Return Form and enclose it with the items you’re returning. It is our policy to refund the cost of merchandise only; shipping charges are non-refundable for returns. Please save your tracking number for your security.

Items purchased as a gift cannot be returned for cash. Gift items may only be exchanged for a similarly priced item. Grundéns USA does not accept returns or exchanges on any item marked “Final Sale”. Exchange deliveries are pursuant to merchandise availability, delivery, and weather conditions. Our return shipping fee and associated terms and conditions are subject to change at Grundéns USA’s sole discretion.
We generally process returns the following business day after receiving them.
